All Golden Ticket Comps promotions are prize competitions/free draws, not lotteries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free postal entry route is always available and treated equally to paid entries.

To enter online, you must correctly answer the qualifying skill/knowledge question shown at checkout. Only correct answers are entered. To enter for free by post, include the same correct answer on your postcard. Paid and postal entries are entered on exactly the same basis.

To participate in our competitions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be an employee of Golden Ticket Comps or their immediate family members
• Not be prohibited from participating under any applicable law

5.1 Entry Methods

Competitions may be entered through:

• Online entry via our website (must answer qualifying skill question correctly)
• Postal entry to: Golden Ticket Comps – Free Entry, The Clock House, Station Approach, Marlow SL7 1NT, United Kingdom (must include correct answer to qualifying skill question)
• Other methods as specified in individual competition terms

Free Entry Parity:

All competitions are free draws with no purchase necessary. Paid and postal entries are entered on exactly the same basis.

5.2 Competition Tiers

Competitions close when ticket thresholds are reached:

• Tier 1: Closes at 1,000 tickets
• Tier 2: Closes at 2,500 tickets
• Tier 3: Closes at 5,000 tickets
• Tier 4: Closes at 10,000 tickets
• Grand Prize: Closes at 50,000 tickets

5.3 Entry Limits

Unless otherwise specified, each person may enter each competition once. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.

5.4 Winner Selection Method

We conduct draws live via our official Facebook and Instagram accounts, and upload recordings to YouTube and TikTok. All eligible entries (paid and free postal) are exported to a random selection wheel (or equivalent computerised randomiser) and included without weighting or bias.

If a livestream experiences technical issues, we may complete or re-run the draw offline using the same verified entry list and an equivalent random process, with the procedure recorded.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Social media accounts are not required to enter or win. Winners are contacted per these Terms.

• Prizes are as described in each competition and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives unless specified
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties on prizes
• Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be re-drawn

Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw by:

• Email to the address provided during registration
• Phone call to the number provided during registration
• Post to the address provided during registration

It is the winner's responsibility to ensure contact details are current and accurate.

Winners' Publicity

Winners' surnames and county will be published for transparency unless they opt out within 7 days of notification. Winners may request anonymity by contacting us at privacy@goldenticketcomps.co.uk. Winners' lists will be provided to the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) on request.

We limit entries to 1 per person unless otherwise stated and provide a free entry route for all competitions. We are committed to running fair, transparent competitions that comply with UK advertising and consumer protection standards.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By entering competitions, you consent to the processing of your personal data for competition administration and winner notification purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in disqualification:

• Using automated systems or bots to enter competitions
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with competitions
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

Golden Ticket Comps' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant prize.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
